have a deep understanding and significant experience in object oriented software development

have direct experience managing software development teams in an early-stage, high-growth company
be able to grow and retain a team of world-class developers
ensure the quality of the delivered software solution
be extremely detailed oriented in order to manage a very complex software development process
be able to synthesize needs from clients, modelers and integration teams into a successful software solution and deliver that solution on time
be passionate about building a world class software development team;
be able to develop a 1-3 year software development roadmap that integrates Valen’s strategic objectives and enables the Company to scale
be hands-on and make a significant impact on our business

Reduce time to successful model deployment by 2 months for accounts closed during your first 6 months
Automate data validation and data integration from a hands on process
Develop web portal for multiple clients to be able to utilize Valen’s industry predictive models
Integrate 3rd party modeling tools into Valen’s predictive analytics platform
Build a quality assurance process
